Course Enrollment & Requirements

Certification is granted only upon successful completion of all required skills assessments and coursework.

Physical participation is required for CPR and First Aid training.
Payments
All payments must be completed prior to the start of class unless otherwise agreed.
We accept payments through approved methods listed at checkout (ex: card, ACH, etc.).
Cancellation, Refunds & Rescheduling
Vital Institute maintains a clear cancellation and refund policy (see Refund Policy page).
By booking a class, you agree to abide by those terms, including:

Certification Validity
Certifications issued through recognized training providers remain valid for the stated certification period (ex: 2 years).

Instructor & Student Responsibilities

Students must follow all safety instructions during class.

Instructors reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, unsafe, under the influence, or unwilling to participate.
