Student Cancellations

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled class will receive a full refund or may reschedule once at no cost.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the class are non-refundable, but the student may reschedule once for a $25 rescheduling fee.

• No-shows (arriving 15 minutes late or not attending) are non-refundable and must pay the full class fee to re-enroll.

Instructor Cancellations

If Vital Institute must cancel or reschedule a class due to emergency, the student will receive:

• A full refund, or

• Priority placement in the next available class.

Large Group / Corporate Bookings

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a group or onsite training date.

• Deposits are non-refundable if the organization cancels within 7 days of the scheduled training.

• Groups may reschedule once with no penalty if requested 7+ days before the training date.

• Rescheduling with less than 7 days notice may incur a $75 administrative fee.​
