Service Description
The BLS Provider course through Vital Institute follows the American Heart Association curriculum and is designed for healthcare professionals and clinical staff who require Basic Life Support certification for employment or credentialing. This instructor-led course covers high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, proper use of an AED, team dynamics, ventilation techniques, and relief of choking. Participants practice hands-on skills and complete a skills evaluation during the session. Upon successful completion, students receive a 2-year American Heart Association BLS Provider eCard. WHO SHOULD TAKE THIS COURSE: • Nurses • Physicians • Dental professionals • EMTs and paramedics • Medical assistants • Respiratory therapists • Healthcare students FORMAT: Instructor-Led (In-Person) DURATION: Approximately 3–4 hours CERTIFICATION: 2-Year AHA BLS Provider eCard issued upon successful completion.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and make sure our classes remain available to the community, Vital Institute follows these guidelines: Cancellations • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the class start time to receive a refund. • Cancellations made inside 24 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling • Students may reschedule once at no cost, as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the class. • Same-day reschedule requests may require a $20 rebooking fee depending on availability. No-Shows • Students who do not show up for class without prior communication forfeit their registration fee. • A new class booking will be required. Instructor Cancellations If Vital Institute must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen issues, students will be offered: • A new class date at no charge, or • A full refund. Late Policy To maintain class quality and safety, students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
